Made-To-Order-Goods

Many of our products on this site are made to order. Accordingly, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.  Before completing your order, please double check to make sure you are ordering the correct product (i.e. style, color, size).

We will gladly replace it any defective items (i.e. misprinted items, damaged goods). For any defective items received, please take pictures of the item(s), along with the packaging they were shipped in, and notify us immediately via email at customer support@yeahthasme.com.

Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size after we have received and verified a clear picture of the defective item(s).

Items Not Made-To-Order
Our policy return policy for goods that are not made-to-order is 30 days from the date of delivery.  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange after 30 return period has elapsed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send returns back to the manufacturer.  All returned items must be sent to:

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 business days, please first contact your bank and/or your credit card company, as there time delays, sometimes, occur (depending on bank/credit card company processing times) before your refund is officially posted to your account after it has been issued by us. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@yeahthasme.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange like items, send us an email at customerservice@yeahthasme.com and send your item to: YEAH THAS ME!, PO BOX 115284, Atlanta GA 30310, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be notified via email regarding any credited charges or amounts.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will notify and issue a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on geographical location and carrier policies, the timing for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

To mitigate any concerns/issues with delivery and receipt of returned items, we highly recommend using package tracking services offered by your designated carrier.
